- Shipping Damage: Oops! If your package was damaged in transit, snap a few clear photos and send them our way. Once approved, we’ll reship or refund your order in no time!

How Refunds Work

- Approval Process: Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return form and the right return address for your location.
- Tracked Shipping: For peace of mind, please use a tracked shipping service to send your item back to us.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days and credit it to your original payment method.
📌 Important: Please request a return before sending anything back. Unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

30-Day Conditional Return
Not completely satisfied? No problem! If your product is still in brand-new condition, we’re happy to offer a partial refund. This covers the item’s price, minus shipping fees, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
For items that are damaged or not working, our 30-Day Product Guarantee kicks in. If we can’t fix or replace the item, we’ll authorize a return.

Cancellation Guarantee
Need to cancel or tweak your order? No worries!
- If your order hasn’t been processed yet, reach out ASAP, and we’ll cancel it for you—easy peasy!
- If the shipping date has passed but your order hasn’t shipped, you can still cancel and get a refund. Payments are refunded within 5 business days.
🚚 Orders Already Processed: If your package is on its way, we can’t cancel it. But don’t sweat it! Our 30-Day Return to Us Warranty has you covered once it arrives.
