Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (sorry, no PO boxes at this time). If there are delivery restrictions in your state or region, don’t worry—you’ll find them noted on the product information page.
📦 From Us to You: Some of our factories are located in China, and your package will ship directly from there if it’s unavailable in our U.S. warehouse. Either way, it’ll arrive safe and sound!
Processing & Delivery Times
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)
Here’s what you can expect:
- Handling Time: 2 business days.
- Transit Time:
- 1 - 2 weeks if your order ships from our U.S. warehouse.
- 4 - 6 weeks if the item ships from our overseas suppliers due to availability.
⏳ Peak Seasons & Holidays: Things might take a little longer during busy times, but we’ll keep you updated and work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods
We’ve teamed up with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and EMS to ensure your packages arrive safe and on time. All delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Payment for shipping will be collected with your purchase for complete transparency.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
You can track your shipment on our website or directly on the carrier’s page. Got questions? Our friendly support team is here to help with any tracking issues!
Shipping Delays
We do our best to meet delivery times, but sometimes, unexpected events like bad weather or customs inspections can cause delays.
If this happens, here’s what we’ll do:
- Notify you of any changes to the estimated delivery date.
- If delivery isn’t possible within 30 days, we’ll:
- Cancel your order, and
- Issue a full refund.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we’ll cancel and refund the out-of-stock portion of your order and ship the rest. Simple and hassle-free!
Shipping Address Accuracy
To make sure your package gets to you without a hitch:
- Double-check your shipping address during checkout.
- Need to make a change? Let us know ASAP!
💡 Heads Up: If corrections are needed after your order ships, carriers may charge a fee. We’ll send you an invoice to cover the additional cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
We’ve got your back!
- If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, we’ll send you a replacement—no extra charge.
- If the package is returned due to delivery errors, we’ll arrange a re-shipment service (shipping costs may apply).
What to Do if Your Package Is Missing:
- Check the tracking details to see if it was marked as delivered. It might be nearby or still on the delivery truck.
- Still no luck? Contact the logistics carrier and request a “trace” within 7 days. This helps confirm the package is lost and allows us to assist with a replacement or refund.
Multiple Items? No Problem!
Ordered more than one item? To speed things up, we might ship them separately. Don’t worry—they’re all on their way to you!
